Both teams are doing well. Just finished another clinic. Team one had 57 attendees and team two had 58. Team one has now arrived in Kericho, a tea growing area. Team two arrived in Nairobi and will be hosting a clinic there. We will finish our clinics on Thursday. Everyone is staying busy and is staying healthy. Hope all is well with you.

The clinics we just completed had 59 total in one and 80 in the other. The weekend is slow so we can rest a bit. Sunday we will all be speaking/preaching in churches, many of them in very rural areas. Twila Dry was sick this week for 3 days.
The Bibles that FHBC bought to give to persons who do not have Bibles have really been a blessing.
Continue to pray for good health and safe travel. The "highways" are a nightmare; heavy traffic and huge potholes, people walking and riding bikes on the sides of the road.

We have just finished leading two conferences with 83 people in attendance. There is a great spirit among the conferees and they all seem to be learning well. All of our team is doing well and is good health. We are still trying to get adjusted to the Kenya time zone however. Larry’s team will be going to Busia for another two day conference and the other team will be going to Suswa. Pray for us as we travel to the next city and for the people that we will encounter.

We arrived safely in Nairobi. Four hours late and tired but safe. It is Sunday morning (8 eight hours time difference)and we are getting ready to travel to our first teaching sites. We appreciate your prayers.

We had another good day today. We had 54 children. We have wrapped up the week and I think everyone had a great time! The children still had lots of smiles today. I think the children are tired today ( I think we are too). It has been a full week with lots of activities - we give God the glory for all that has happened! We are praying that we have made a difference in the lives of these children this week.
The pastor and helpers at the church were great! Team Krakow (the IMB Missionaries) that worked with us were outstanding. They are a great team and help in so many ways. It was also great to work with Ted and Beverly Holmes this week!
I have to brag about our team - they were tremendous! They were well prepared and carried out their plans to the end! Thanks team for a job well done!
We look forward to sharing more with you when we return. Thanks for your prayers!

WOW!! What a day! We had 50 children today and things went great! It was our final day with our regular schedule of VBS. Tonight we had family night at the church. We were not sure how many parents would bring their children back but the church was full! The parents told us stories about how much their children have been enjoying camp. Many of the children have been going home and sharing every detail of their day. The parents were very happy that their children have been having a good time. One parent told one of our team members that she could not afford to send her child to camp and was so happy to have this opportunity for her attend camp this week!!
The basketball camp also went well today! The children are getting better each day! We gave every child a t-shirt and a basketball today. You would not believe the smiles on the faces when they received their shirts and many could not believe that they now had their own basketball! You can hear the kids coming now . . . dribbling their basketballs all the way! It was a wonderful sight!
Tomorrow we will have an overview of the week and a share time in the morning. After the overview, we are going to take the children to the aquarium, then we will come back to the church for a pizza party and games!!
I really feel that God has blessed our time here in Krakow this week! So many good things have happened! The pastor and his wife were rejoicing at the response we have had from the community this week. They will be following up with each child and the families that attended family night.
Please keep us in your prayers as we wrap things up tomorrow!

PS - Sandy Brock is sick and missed today. Sandy may miss tomorrow too! Lynn Patton also wasn't feeling well and didn't go today. She was feeling better this afternoon and will be going to camp tomorrow. Please pray for good heath for everyone!
We had another great day at camp! We had 48 children today. The children seem to be enjoying camp very much. It is great to see their smiling faces each day. Each of the different teams are doing a teriffic job! The children are just soaking up everything that they are being taught.
The basketball camp is also going well. It is so good to see how much they have improved since Monday! They really enjoy getting to scrimmage with each other to practice what they have learned! It is a fun time for all!
We have a great team and their hard work is definitely paying off this week! Please keep us in your prayers. Tomorrow we will be sharing about knowing Jesus in their personal lives. Tomorrow evening we are having family night and have invited the children and their families to return to the church so we can share what we have been doing this week. We will also have an ice cream fellowship with everyone. Should be a fun!
Medical report: Pennye is feeling better and was at camp today. Rachel Gregory (Cathy Dunn's niece) was sick today. She is better and should be at camp tomorrow. Please pray that no one else will get sick this week!
Thanks for your continuted prayers!

We had another great day of camp! Today we had 43 children. They all seem to be having a great time and are enjoying the things that we have planned for them. Many of the children have never been to a camp before and are enjoying this opportunity.
The responses from the people in the church has been wonderful! This is their first time to have a camp in their church. Many of them are experiencing this for the first time too. They are excited to see children from their community come each day. Several of the children's parents are asking why we would come from the US to Poland to work with their children. This gives the members in the church an opportunity to share with them why we are there. The church will be following up with each family after the camp is over. God is doing some wonderful things in the life of this church. We are happy to share in a part of it with them this week.
Please continue to pray for us as we prepare for the rest of the week. Everything is going really well. It is fun to watch the children experience new things during the morning time as well as developing their basketball skills in the afternoon. They are catching on pretty quickly!
Update on Pennye - she is feeling better and was up this afternoon. She plans to attend camp tomorrow. Please pray that no other team members get sick!
Thanks for your prayers!

We enjoyed talking with FHBC on Sunday morning. What a blessing it was for us to be able to share with you what is happening here in Krakow!
We had a great first day of camp. Today we had 66 children who came to the camp. They enjoyed the VBS in the morning and seemed to really enjoy the basketball this afternoon. This was the first time that many of the children had played basketball before - they seemed to catch on pretty fast! It was a good day and we are pleased that everything went well. We are looking forward to tomorrow.
Thank you for your continued prayers. The weather has been good - mid 70's during the day and no rain. We are walking alot each day so good weather is a plus!
Please remember Pennye - she has a virus and has been sick since early this morning. We hope that she is feeling better tomorrow. Everyone else is doing fine!
Everyone else is doing well! Thanks for your prayers.
